Mike Hearn is a father, a Marine Corps veteran, and an avid kayak angler. Mike is also a member of the Johnson Outdoors Pro Staff Team representing Old Town kayaks and a proud patron of Great Outdoor Provision Company.
Whether it is on freshwater lakes and rivers, or saltwater marshes, Mike loves to take his kayak out searching for various species of fish. Mike also thoroughly enjoys the competition aspect of kayak angling and has competed in local and national freshwater and saltwater kayak tournaments and has been fortunate enough to record multiple victories, top 5, and top 10 finishes. However, Mike is even more passionate about introducing people to the sport of kayak angling.
Mike currently fishes out of an Old Town Sportsman PDL 120 purchased at Great Outdoor Provision Company.
