Mom and daughter will walk the ancient Camino de Santiago to raise funds for RHA Howell.
On October 30, 2013, Greensboro, NC, mother and daughter Deborah and Brenna Berman flew to Madrid, Spain, to embark on a grueling 500-mile hike across northern Spain to raise funds for RHA Howell, a state-wide non-profit organization that serves children and adults with disabilities.

This journey is taking the mother-daughter team six weeks to hike the Camino de Santiago, or Saint James Way, a pilgrimage route that culminates at the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia in northwestern Spain.
