The Advanced Frame Expedition is a 13’ hybrid kayak. This higher performance Advanced Elements boat combines the performance of a folding frame kayak and the convenience of an inflatable kayak. There is plenty of storage for extended trips. It sets up in just a few minutes and is compact enough to take along on a weekend adventure. This boat could be ideal as a tender for a small sailboat or could be taken to remote location via another boat and then assembled to explore hard-to-reach locations. The increased length adds to the tracking performance and the improved shape increases the hull speed. Inflatable/folding kayaks have been around a long time; however, this is one of the first inflatable/folding boats that also incorporate performance. Price is $695.
